聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)的制备及特性黏数的测定 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用熔融缩聚法制备PBS,考察了酯化反应时间、缩聚反应温度、缩聚反应时间对PBS特性黏数的影响。结果表明:当酯化反应时间为2h、缩聚反应温度为230℃,缩聚反应时间为2 h时,可以得到特性黏数为0.355,黏均分子质量为7154的PBS。 PBS was synthesized by melt polycondensation. The effects of esterification time,polycondensation temperature and time on intrinsic viscosity number were investigated. The results showed that PBS synthesized with esterification time 2h,polycondensation temperature 230℃ and polycondensation time 2 h had high molecular weight. The PBS with intrinsic viscosity number of 0. 355 and the viscosity average molecular weight was about 7154.
