摘要
采用恒温搅拌釜研究了不同转速下,添加正十二烷对丙烷在水相中吸收速率的影响。结果表明:添加正十二烷对丙烷在水相中的吸收速率具有显著的增强作用。增强因子随正十二烷体积分率的增大几乎线性增大,但随转速的增大而减小。以Demmink一维传质模型为基础,提出了一个修正的增强因子预测模型。模型值与实验值吻合良好,且模型中仅含一个未知参数,简化了对实际增强因子的预测。
The effect of dodecane addition on propane absorption rate into the aqueous phase was studied in a thermostatic stirred tank under different stirring speeds. The results showed that the dodecane has an obvious enhancement effect on propane absorption rate into the aqueous phase; the maximum enhancement factor reached up to 11. The enhancement factor increased almost linearly with the dodecane volume fraction but decreased with the increase of the stirring speed. A revised enhancement factor prediction model was proposed based on the model developed by Demmink et al from one dimensional perspective. The model predictions of the enhancement factor agreed well with the experimental data,especially,the model equations include only one unknown parameter and thus( accordingly) facilitate the prediction of the enhancement factor for practical absorption process.
