亚硝基胍诱变螺旋霉素高产菌株的选育

Breeding of NTG Mutagenesis of Spiramycin Producing Strain

以一株螺旋霉素生产菌为出发菌株,使用亚硝基胍(NTG)处理进行诱变,获得三株效价较高的突变株,其中有一株经过5代后遗传性状稳定。该菌株在摇瓶试验中能提高效价约7.7%左右,对下一步生产发酵有着重要的意义。

A strain of spiramycin production bacteria as the starting strain and treatment were mutagenized with nitrosoguanidine（ NTG）,three strains of high titer mutant strains,including a strain after 5 generations after stable genetic traits. The strain in shake flask test can improve the titer of about 9. 7% or so,has an important significance for the next fermentation.
