摘要
高温炼焦过程中焦炉炉顶空间温度偏高会直接对荒煤气中初次产物产生二次裂解,其结果是焦油、苯、氨等化学产品产率下降,而化合水、氰化氢产率增加,带来经济效益的下滑和维护成本增加,通过对焦炉炼焦工序的分析探索,提出了合理控制炉顶空间温度的工艺措施和方法,为增加化产品收率,提供了科学生产依据和和借鉴意义。
The coking process of high temperature coke oven furnace top space first product in the high temperature of waste gas directly produce secondary cracking,the result is a tar,benzene,ammonia and other chemical products production rate decreased,and the combined water,hydrogen cyanide production rate increased,with the decline in the economic benefit and maintenance costs,through the analysis of coking process in coke oven,put forward the reasonable measures and methods of temperature control of roof space can increase the product yield,provides the scientific basis and reference significance.
