基于威布尔分布的密闭式循环水冷却系统主泵可靠性研究

摘要 本文以高压直流换流站换流阀水冷却系统运行中主泵的实际故障数据为研究对象,结合威布尔分布模型,对其可靠性评估技术进行了研究。分别采用两参数和三参数威布尔模型,通过数学统计的方法对故障数据进行了威布尔分布拟合,并对拟合结果进行了验证和比较,对换流阀水冷却系统主泵进行了可靠性分析,并根据分析的结果,提出了维护管理意见。 In HVDC converter valve cooling system in the operation of the main pump of the actual fault data as the research object,combined with the Weibull distribution model,the reliability evaluation technology were studied. Respectively by two and three parameter Weibull model,through the mathematical statistics method of fault data of Weibull distribution fitting,and the fitting results are verified and compared converter valve cooling system of main pump reliability analysis,and according to the results of the analysis,put forward the advice on management and maintenance.
