摘要
技术交易税收优惠政策对发展和繁荣技术市场发挥了重要作用,文章在研究技术交易税收优惠作用机制的基础上,分析江苏省技术交易优惠政策的实施现状及效果,提出相关政策建议。
Tax incentives for technology transactions have played an important role in developing the technology market. Based on the study on the mechanism of tax incentives, this paper analyzes the implementation and effects of tax incentives for technology transactions in Jiangsu province. Some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are made in order to improve the implementation and effects of tax incentives.
