浅析江苏省采石矿山土地复垦与生态重建

Analysis on Land Reclamation and Ecological Reconstruction of Quarry Mine Area in Jiangsu Province

开山采石对江苏经济社会发展曾起到重要的资源保障作用,但也不可避免地造成土地资源和生态环境的破坏。在开山采石过程中,会造成地表严重挖损和土地压占,矿区的土壤、水环境、大气环境及动植物生境均会受到不同程度的影响。因此,需要通过人工干预,对采石矿山进行土地复垦与生态重建,文章提出采用相应的预防、工程、监测、管护等措施,促进采石矿山的土地资源可持续利用、生态环境恢复改善。

Quarrying plays an important guarantee role on resources for the economic and social development in Jiangsu Province, but it resulted in destruction of land resources and ecological environment inevitably. Quarrying caused improper excavation and cover occupation, it had some impacts on soil in mining area, water environment, atmospheric environment and animals and plants environment, so manual intervention was used for land reclamation ecological reconstruction of mine. This paper presents corresponding measures of prevention, engineering, monitoring and management which promote sustainable utilization of land resources and ecological environment recovering.
