摘要
鉴于黄曲霉毒素具有强烈的致癌性,一旦污染粮食和饲料,会严重危害人和动物健康,造成经济损失,准确、快速的对粮食与饲料中的黄曲霉毒素含量进行检测,对养殖业与人们的食品安全有重要意义。笔者就粮食及饲料中黄曲霉毒素的快速检测方法和确认方法的发展情况进行了综述,以期为相关研究提供一定的参考。
Aflatoxin had strong carcinogenicity,if cereal and feed were contaminated, would cause serious damage to human and animal health, caused economic losses. Accurate and fast detection of aflatoxin in cereal and feed, was of important significance for livestock breeding industry and food safety. For that reason, we discussed and analyzed the detection methods of aflatoxin, in order to provide some reference for the related research.
