摘要
透明质酸具有亲水性强,无毒、可降解及生物相容性好等优点,以其为主要原料制备的透明质酸基水凝胶常用于可控药物释放、防术后粘连、软骨支架、角膜支架、黏膜填充剂、组织修复和再生等领域。本文综述了透明质酸水凝胶的制备方法,并对其发展方向进行了展望。
Hyaluronic acid has fine performance of hydrophilicity, nontoxicity, biodegradability and biocompatibility, and the hyaluronic acid based htdrogels can be used in the controlled drug release, prevention of postoperative adhesion, cartilage framworks, corneal scaffolds, mucosal filler, repair and regeneration of tissue, etc. The preparation techniques of hyaluronic acid based hydrogels were reviewed and the future of their applications was also forecasted.
