Shoes press technology was applied more and more widely in the production of household paper. The problems from shoe press have been attended by household paper maker, among which is perturbation of shoe pressure. By using causality analysis diagram method, the main influence factors were founded including dryers, operators and operating methods. The measures were formulated according to the main influence factors. The causality analysis diagram method helped us to findthe reasons to shoe pressure perturbation thus to take relative measures and make the problems solved.
