Japanese Government Policies and Measures on Venture Capital

本文介绍了日本政府支持风险投资的政策演变过程,分析了支持风险企业政策的实施主体、形式与内容,研究了日本财政科技投入方式的特点,并借鉴日本政府在支持风险企业政策上的经验,提出为推动我国科技与金融结合,要加快相关法律建设,完善科技型中小企业融资体制,进一步完善风险投资相关制度等建议。

This paper introduces Japanese government policies on venture capital and its evolution, analyzes the main implementation body, supporting way and contents of venture enterprise policy, and researches the characteristics of Japanese Financial input into S＆T. According to Japanese experiences and for pushing the integration of our science and finance, we need to accelerate speed of relevant law construction, complete the financing system of tech-typed and middle sized enterprises（SME） and relevant venture capital policy.
