摘要 [目的]将有效碳数规律用于2-乙氧草酰基-2-氯乙酸乙酯终点控制分析中。[方法]根据化合物结构式计算其有效碳数。以甲苯为参照物,计算样品主要组分的定量校正因子。用GC-FID法测定各组分的响应值,得到各组分的定量校正因子。比较测定值与理论计算值是否一致。[结果]试验验证了有效碳数规律的正确性,从而建立以校正面积归一法为计算方法的气相色谱分析方法。[结论]该分析方法准确、简便易行,适合终点控制分析。 [Aims] Effective carbon number rule was applied to the end point control analysis of 2-ethoxalyl-2-chloro acetic ester. [Methods] The effective carbon number of the compound was calculated on the basis of its chemical structure. With toluene as reference, the quantitative correction factors of major components in the sample were calculated. The response value of each component was determined by GC-FID to obtain their quantitative correction factors. The consistency between determined value and theory calculated value was compared. [Results] The theoretical correctness of effective carbon number was verified by this study, so that a GC analysis method with a calculation method of calibration area normalization was developed. [Conclusions] The analysis method is accurate, convenient, and suitable for end point control analysis.
