负载甲氨蝶呤的经皮椎体成形术后血清药物浓度的监测 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过动物实验,研究负载甲氨蝶呤(methotrexate,MTX)的经皮椎体成形术后MTX的释放情况。方法:实验分3组,A组犬8只,在DSA透视下,用骨水泥(polymethylmethacrylate,PMMA)粉末2g,MTX0.1g,造影剂0.5ml和骨水泥单体1.1ml行经皮椎体成形术:B组犬5只,在胫骨近端造成骨窗,将0.1gMTX和骨水泥粉末2g,单体1.1ml调匀至面团期时填入空腔,C组犬5只,静脉注射0.1g MTX,术后肌肉注射四氢叶酸钙,术后1h,4h,12h,1d,2d,4d,6d,9d采静脉血测血清MTX浓度,结果:A组犬术后各时间点的平均血清MT浓度分别为6.83,3.29,0.13,0.04,0.03,0.02umol/L,术后4h内高于B组低于C组,24h后高于C组低于B组,结论:负载MTX的经皮椎体成形术对MTX有一定的缓释作用,但缓释作用不如传统的负载MTX的骨水泥(B组)明显。
