5%阿维菌素水乳剂防治玉米田玉米螟田间药效试验 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]明确5%阿维菌素水乳剂对玉米田玉米螟的防治效果。[方法]于2014—2015年在山东省烟台市进行了田间药效试验。[结果]5%阿维菌素水乳剂对玉米田玉米螟具有较好的防效,防效随剂量的增加而提高,持效性较好,施药后25 d,株防效和虫防效仍保持在79.69%~85.82%和81.21%~87.97%之间,同时5%阿维菌素水乳剂对玉米螟的防效与对照药剂40%辛硫磷乳油(450 g a.i./hm^2)的防效相当。在试验剂量范围内,对玉米生长无不良影响。[结论]5%阿维菌素水乳剂是一种防治玉米田玉米螟较为理想的药剂,建议于玉米螟幼虫发生初期施药1次,常规方法均匀喷雾,推荐用量为7.5~15 g a.i./hm^2。 [Aims] This paper aims to evaluate the field efficacy of abamectin 5% EW against Pyrausta nubilalis (Hubem). [Methods] The field efficacy trials were carried out in Yantai city of Shandong province from 2014-2015. [Results] Abamectin 5% EW could effectively control P. nubilalis (Hubern), the efficacy increased continually with the increase of the doses, and the durable effect was long, the field efficacy for maize plants and P. nubilalis (Hubcm) was 79.69-85.82% and 81.21-87.97% alter spraying 25 d, the field efficacy of abamectin 5% EW was similar to pboxim 40% EC (450 g a.i./ha). Abamectin 5% EW had no harmful effect on maize within the scope of the trial doses. [Conclusions] Abamectin 5% EW was ideal agent to control P. nubilalis (Hubem), and we recommended that applying one time in incidence early period of larva for P. nubilalis (Hubern), the dose of active ingredient was 7.5-15 g a.i./ha.
