中西医联合高频热疗治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效观察

An observation of efficacy of traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with high-frequency thermotherapy for patients with chronic pelvic inflammation

目的探讨内服盆炎净颗粒,外用康妇特栓剂联合高频热疗治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法按随机数字表法将110例慢性盆腔炎患者分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组给予西药常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予内服盆炎净颗粒,外用康妇特栓剂联合高频热疗治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的各项指标和临床疗效。结果治疗一个疗程后,观察组的总有效率为96.36%,显著高于对照组的76.36%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组血清炎性因子水平较对照组有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论内服盆炎净颗粒,外用康妇特栓剂联合高频热疗治疗慢性盆腔炎效果更佳,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of oral Penyanjing granules＋topical Kangfute suppository combined with high-frequency thermotherapy for patients with chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods 110 cases of chronic pelvic in- flammation were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 55 cases in each. The control group were treated with conventional western medicine, the observation group were given oral Penyanjing granules＋topical Kangfute sup- pository combined with high-frequency thermotherapy on the basis of the control group. Then, indexes and clinical curative effects before and after treatment were compared between groups. Results After one course of treatment, total effective rate （96.36%） of the observation group was significantly higher than that （76.36%） of the control group, so difference was statis- tically significant（ P〈0.01 ）. Serum levels of inflammatory cytokines in the observation group improved more significantly than that of the control group, so the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.001 ）.Conclusion Oral Penyanjing granules＋ topical Kangfute suppository combined with high-frequency thermotherapy has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of chro- nic pelvic inflammation, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
