摘要 WSF安全节能型转炉倾动装置是全悬挂柔性传动装置,它的一次减速装置、二次减速机之间采取多点啮合轴装全悬挂式简支结构,解决传统型转炉倾动装置一次减速装置、二次减速机之间的静不定连接所带来的机构不稳定及能量损耗过大的问题,提高转炉设备的运行可靠性;检修维护简便,安全节能。 The paper introduces a safe and energy saving tilting device of WSF converter, it is the full suspension flexible transmission device, Which adopts multi-point mesh and full-suspended freely suppor- ted structure between the primary speed reduction drive device and the second reducer drive device, it re- solves the instability of the traditional converter tilting mechanism due to the statically indeterminate con- nection structure between the primary reducer drive device and the second reducer drive device, and im- proves the operation reliability of converter. The device has benefits of simple maintenance, safe and en- ergy saving.
