免耕农业在辽西风沙半干旱区的机遇与挑战

The Opportunity and Challenge Faced by No Tillage in the Sandy and Windy Semi-drought Area of Western Liaoning Province

减轻水土流失,培肥农田地力,提高降雨的利用效率是风沙半干旱区稳定粮食生产的必然选择,结合辽西地区农业生态概况,分析了免耕农业的区域优势,在此基础上从改变农民传统观念,适度规模经营和政府参与等方面提出针对性的政策建议。

Reducing water and soil erosion,improve soil fertility and the utilization efficiency of rain water, isthe inevitable choice forstabilizing food productionin the Sandy and Windy Semi-drought Area.This paper strives to introduce and explain the agro-ecological environment of the Sandy and Windy Semi-drought Area of Western Liaoning Province,and then analyses the advantages of no tillage.On this basis,from the changing farmers＆#39;traditional ideas,moderate scale agriculture management and government involvement in put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
