黏膜保护剂预防EVL术后早期再出血的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of mucous membrane protective agents in the prevention of early rebleeding after EVL

目的通过分析黏膜保护剂修复糜烂面的疗效,探索其对食管静脉曲张套扎术(EVL)后早期再出血的预防作用。方法 168例肝硬化并食管静脉曲张患者随机分为3组(各56例),均接受EVL,术后予生长抑素降门脉压3d及奥美拉唑抑制胃酸14d。观察1组56例患者在术后2d开始服L-谷氨酰呱仑酸钠颗粒,观察2组服磷酸铝凝胶,对照组不服用任何黏膜保护剂。结果两观察组的(治愈+好转)率及术后早期再出血率均较对照组高,而两观察组之间相比无统计学差异。结论黏膜保护剂对EVL后糜烂面的修复有显著疗效,对早期再出血有预防作用。

Objective To explore the role of mucosal protective agents in preventing early rebleeding after esophageal variceal ligation （EVL）through analysing their effect in the repair of erosion surface. Methods 168 cases of liver cirrhosis patients with esophageal varices were randomly divided into 3 groups （each of 56 cases） and underwent EVL,followed by somatustatin reducing portal vein pressure for 3 days and omeprazole inhibiting gastric acid for 14 days. The first observation group began to take L-glu- tamyl sodium gualenate granules from the second day to the fourteenth day ;the second observalion group take aluminium phos- phate gel and the control group did not take any mucous membrane protective agent. Results The rates of cure＋better and early rebleeding of two observation groups were higher than those of the control group,there were no significant difference between the two observation groups. There was no statistical difference between the two observation groups. Conclusion Mucous membrane protective agents have significantly effect in repair of the erosion surface after EVL, and they can prevent early rebleeding.
