摘要 人力资源己经成为区域经济可持续发展的一种特殊而重要的资源,随着社会经济的迅速发展,人力资源与人才储备在经济发展中的作用日益突显,尤其是在偏远少数民族地区经济发展中的作用颇为显著。在此背景下,本文分析了富蕴县人力资源及其开发现状,发现该县人力资源存在供大于求、人力资源开发意识相对淡薄、少数民族人口教育质量不高、劳动力素质不高等问题,并针对这些问题提出了要制定合理的人力资源开发规划、进行"双语"教育和增加就业机会等建议。 Human resources as a special and important resources, has become the primary factor in the sustainable development of regional economy. With the rapid socio -economic development, human resources and personnel reserve plays an important role in economic development, especially in the role of economic development in ethnic minority areas of the edge is quite remarkable. In this context, the study of human resources development of minority areas is profound significance, this paper keep human resources development of Fuyun County as a starting point, analysis problems of human resources development of Fuyun County,for instance, the county human resources over supply, the awareness of development relatively weak, minority education quality is not high enough and the quality of labor is not high etc. For these issues to propose a reasonable human resource development planning,implement "bilingual" education and increase employment opportunities etc.
