国审玉米新品种晋超甜1号速冻保鲜加工技术

Quick-freezing Process Technology of National Crop New Kind Jinchaotian NO.1

晋超甜1号是山西省农业科学院玉米研究所2006年以TY32-111为母本、以TY37/7710为父本选育而成的超甜玉米新品种,2011年通过山西省农作物品种审定委员会审定,2014年通过国家农作物品种审定委员会审定。通过介绍该品种的特征特性,及其优质高效栽培技术,同时分析2009—2010年的生产试验、田间鉴定、抗病鉴定、品质评定。结果发现,该品种生育期较短、抗逆性好、品质优良、稳产高效,适宜在我国玉米种植区种植,且可以单种或复(套)种,春、夏、冬皆可播种,是目前鲜食玉米青穗直接出售或速冻、真空包装保鲜加工的理想品种,种植密度为45 000~48 000株/hm^2。

Jin Chao Tian NO.1,which breeded by maize research institute in Shanxi academy of agricultural sciences is a new variety of super sweet maize crossed with TY32-111 as the female parent and TY37/7710 as male parent. Jin Chao Tian NO.1 is approved by Shanxi Crop Variety Certification Committee in 2011 and by National Crop Variety Examination and Approving Committee in 2014. This paper introduces the characteristics of Jin Chao Tian NO.1, and focuses on the quality and efficient cultivation techniques. According to the hybrid comparison,experiment of production,appraisal of expert in field,appraisal of antivirus and analysis of quality in 2009 and 2010,it has short growth period,high resistance to adversity,fine quality and high yield, which can be planted in different maize planting areas in China and also can be sowed in spring,summer and winter with the different method including singularity sowing and interplanting at plant density from 45 000~48 000 plants ha-1. This hybrid is the ideal variety for selling of fresh-ear,quick-freeze and vacuum packing.
