测定婴幼儿食品和乳品中碘样品前处理方法的改进 被引量:4

摘要 为提高检验效率、降低检验成本、提高准确度、降低检验风险,建立一种较为方便、快速、准确、安全的碘含量测定前处理方法,对GB 5413.23—2010食品安全国家标准《婴幼儿食品和乳品中碘的测定前处理方法》进行改进。试验结果表明,吸取滤液体积2 mL,加入硫酸体积0.14 mL,正己烷加入体积为10 mL。本前处理方法在0~12μg,呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R2=0.999 9,样品的平均加标回收率为103%,RSD为1.30%;改进后前处理方法响应较原方法提高3.6倍。改进后的前处理方法较改进后的前处理方法简化了前处理步骤,减少了有机试剂用量,很大程度上缩短了检验时间,降低了检验成本及前处理过程对检验员的危害,同时提高了检验的精密度、准确度,使整个检验过程更加稳定。 In order to establish a kind of convenient, rapid, accurate and safe pretreatment methods for determining the content of iodine food and milking for infants and young children. Pretreatment methods in GB 5413.23—2010 is improved.The results show that filtrate volume 2 mL,sulfuric acid volume 0.14 m L,n-hexane volume 10 mL. In the method a good linear relationship between the iodine content and peak area is found in the range of 0~12 μg. The related coefficient,recoveries and RSD are 0.999 9,103%,1.30%,respectively. The response is increased 3.6 times. This method features convenience, higher precision, stability, excellent accuracy and lower harmfulness to inspectors with simplifying steps,reducing organic regents and processing time.
