摘要
目的优化固本补肾口服液的醇沉工艺。方法以多糖得率为指标,考察药液相对密度、醇沉浓度、醇沉时间、醇沉温度对结果影响,通过正交试验优选固本补肾口服液多糖的醇沉工艺。采用硫酸-苯酚法测定多糖含量。结果最佳醇沉工艺为:药液浓缩至相对密度1.3,加入乙醇至含醇量90%,室温下静置过夜,多糖平均得率为0.014 3 g/ml。结论优选的工艺条件稳定、合理,易于实现工业化生产,可为固本补肾口服液生产提供参考。
Objective To optimize alcohol precipitation technology of polysaccharides from Guben Bushen oral liquid. Methods With yield of polysaccharides as index,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize alcohol precipitation process of polysaccharides from Guben Bushen oral liquid by taking alcohol precipitation time, alcohol precipitation concentration, relative density and alcohol precipitation temperature effect on the results. Sulfuric acid-phenol method was used to determine the content ofpolysaccharides from Guben Bushen oral liquid. Results Optimum alcohol precipitation process was as following, the extract was concentrated to relative density 1.3, added ethanol to 90% and set at room temperature to 24 hours. The average yield of polysaccharides was up to 0.014 3 g/ml. Conclusion This optimized technology was stable and credible, it could be used for industrial production of polysaccharides from Guben Bushen oral liquid.
