活血散传统细粉与超微粉粉体粒度分布和显微特征的比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的对我院制剂活血散超微粉粉体粒度分布和显微特征进行观察研究。方法用气流粉碎机对活血散方剂药材进行细胞级超微粉碎,对照传统粉碎细粉,应用激光粒度分布仪对其分布进行表征,用显微镜对其组织特征进行观察。结果活血散方剂经超微粉碎后,中位径(D50)达到12.63μm,显微镜下观察基本无完整细胞存在。结论超微粉粉体粒径分布范围窄,均匀度高;其细胞破壁率达到95%以上,比表面积约为传统细粉的数倍,细胞后含物暴露充分。 Objective To observe the microscopic characteristic and particle size distribution of Huoxue San. Methods The ultra micro pulverization and traditional fines were observed and analyzed by microscopeand laser particle size analyzer. Result The great majority cell of Huoxue San was broken by ultra-fine pulverization and the D50 is 12.63 μm. Conclusion Particle size distribution of ultra micro pulverization is narrow and high uniformity; the rate of cell wall broken reach more than 95%, the surface area is about several times than the traditional fine powder, so cell ergastic substance can fully exposed.
