中风急救合剂治疗急性缺血性卒中疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Zhonfeng Jijiu Decoction on Treating Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的观察中风急救合剂治疗急性缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法 62例急性缺血性卒中患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中对照组30例患者、治疗组32例,对照组患者采用口服抗血小板药物、他汀类药物等常规西药治疗,治疗组患者在常规西医治疗的基础上加用中风急救合剂治疗。治疗14 d后比较两组患者神经系统功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、日常生活能力指数评分(ADL,Barthel Index)、中医证候积分及有效率。结果治疗组患者的神经系统功能缺损评分、日常生活能力指数评分、中医证候积分评定优于对照组患者,说明治疗组患者疗效优于对照组患者。结论在西医常规治疗的基础上,加用中风急救合剂口服可以减轻急性缺血性卒中患者神经功能缺损,改善患者的临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Zhonfeng Jijiu Decoction in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 62 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected and randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 30 patients in control group and 32 patients in treatment group, the control group was given conventional modem medicine such as anti-platelet drugs, statins and so on, the treatment group was given Zhonfeng Jijiu Decoction based on modem medicine. The efficacy measures were national institute of health stroke scale （NIHSS）,Barthel index（BI）score,traditional Chinese medicial（TCM） symptom accumulated points and clinical effects at day 14. Results Patients in the treatment group were associated with a better clinical outcome. The score ofNIHSS, ADL and TCM symptom accumulated points in treatment group were significandy better than those in control group. Conclusion Zhonfeng Jijiu Decoction combined with conventional modem medicine could improve outcomes in the patients with acute ischemic stroke.
