2014年新疆西部一次暴雪天气的中尺度特征 被引量:36

摘要 利用常规和区域自动站逐时观测资料、ECMWF细网格初始场资料、FY-2C红外云图、Doppler雷达产品及NCEP FNL再分析资料,对2014年1月28日发生在新疆西部的暴雪天气过程进行分析。结果表明:在有利的环流背景下,暴雪落区位于中尺度短波槽前、低层及地面中尺度系统强辐合与高空强辐散重叠区域,并出现在中尺度冷云团边缘及TBB梯度最大区域的前部。中尺度冷云团的数量及持续时间与降雪量成正比。雷达产品显示,暴雪产生在15 d BZ以上的回波带,最强回波与暴雪中心基本重合;暴雪区上空有较强的暖平流和垂直风切变及辐合区;低空急流的厚度与降雪量呈显著正相关;低空急流伸展的最低高度及厚度与降雪出现的时间和最强降雪时段有密切关系。 Based on the hourly observation data from the conventional and automatic weather stations,initial fields of ECMWF with 0. 25°×0.25°spatial resolution,infrared cloud images of FY-2C,Doppler radar products and NCEP FNL reanalysis data with 1°×1° spatial resolution,the snowstorm process occurring on 28 January 2014 in western Xinjiang was analyzed.Results showed that the snowstorm district located in the front of mesoscale short wave trough,the overlaying area of strong convergence in low level and diver-genc in high level of the mesoscale systems,the edge of mesoscale cold cloud cluster moving slowly eastwards and the front of the maxi-mum TBB gradient region.The mesoscale systems causing the snowstorm were the convergence lines,shear lines and cold front,and the amounts and duriation of mesoscale cold clouds were positively correlated with snowfall.Radar products displayed that the snow-storm occurred in the echo band with the reflectivity factor more than 15 dBZ,and the strongest echo region was essentially coincident with the snowstorm center.The stronger warm advection,vertical wind shear and convergence appeared over the snowstorm region.The thickness of low-level jet was significantly positive correlated with precipitation,and the lowest height of low-level jet had close rela-tionship with the start time of snowfall and the strong snowfall period.
