CBL+CP教学在《中医针灸内科学》课程中的应用研究 被引量:1

Research based on case-based learning teaching method and clinical pathway in internal medicine in acupuncture and moxibustion

摘要 目的探讨案例教学(ease.basedlearning,CBL)与临床路径(clinicalpathway,CP)相结合,在《中医针灸内科学》教学中培养学生临床实践技能的效果。方法将我校2013级针灸普通班60名学生随机分为对照班和试验班,每班30人。对照班以传统方式授课,试验班则采用CBL与cP结合的方法进行教学。期末进行理论和实践技能考核,借助SPSS17.0对两班学生的成绩进行统计学分析。结果试验班理论成绩和实践技能成绩均高于对照班,且两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.002和P=0.000)。结论《中医针灸内科学》教学中,CBL与cP相结合,不仅可提高学生理论成绩,而且可在一定程度上提高学生临床实践能力。 Objective To investigate the application effect of case-based learning (CBL) teaching method and clinical Pathway (CP) on lnternal Medicine of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods 60 students were divided into control class and experimental class ran- domly (n=30 in per class). The control class was taught by the traditional teaching method, and the experi- mental class was taught by the combined teaching method of CBL and CP. The theoretical exam and practi- cal skills assessment were conducted at the end of the semester. All the scores were analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Results The theoretical scores and practical skills scores of experimental class were higher than that in control class, and there were obvious difference between these two classes (P=0.002, P=0.000). Conclusions Bringing CBL teaching method and CP to our class of Internal Medicine of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Traditional Chinese Medicine can improve students' ability in clinical practice.
