摘要
[目的]研究苦参碱对小麦种子萌发及生长的影响。[方法]配置不同浓度的苦参碱,浸泡小麦种子,并测定种子发芽势。[结果]随着苦参碱溶液浓度的增加,小麦的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、干重、鲜重、根冠比及SOD含量均有不同程度的提高。[结论]为生物源植物生长调节剂的研发提供参考价值。
[Objective] Study the effect on seed germination and growth with matrine. [Method] The wheat seed were soaked with different concentration of matrine, and seed germination potential was determined. [Result] With the increase of matrine solution concentration, the index of wheat germination rate, wheat germination potential, germination index, vigor index, dry weight, fresh weight and root shoot ratio and SOD contenl were all increased. [Conclusion] The results provide references for the biological source of plant growth regulator research and development
