该文针对科研单位涉密保密工作,以辽宁省蚕业科学研究所为例,阐述当前科研事业单位采用的保密技术手段及具体做法,为努力实现维护科研单位的稳定发展提供基础保障。
Aiming al the secret-related work in scientific research department, taking Liaouing serieuhure scientific research institute as example, the security technology and concrete methods were stmunarized. These measures wouhl provide basic management for maintaining stability and development of scientific research department.
