摘要 "五要件"教学法是教师在教学实践基础上总结的新的课堂教学法,坚持以人为本,合理运用策略,以群体动力理论,将传统课堂进行分解,融入微课教学。具体来讲就是高校思想政治理论课课堂由"课前5分钟"、"重难知识点解析"、"视频案例"、"教学互动"、"教师讲评"五个教学要件有机构成,具有教学目的的价值性、教学过程的趣味性、教学主体的参与性、教学风险的可控性等特点。 Based on teachers’ practice, the "Five Essentials" is a new teaching method, by adhering to the concepts of people-oriented education, by using reasonable teaching strategies, and with the form of the micro classes by decomposing traditional classrooms with the perspective of the Group Dynamics. Specifically speaking, the theoretical class of the ideological politics consists of five organic teaching steps: "Five Minutes before Class," "Analyses of the Key Points and Difficult Points," "Video Illustrations," "Teaching Interaction," and "Comments from Teachers." The class has such characteristics-the value of teaching targets, the fun of teaching processes, the participatory nature of teaching subjects, and the controllability of teaching risks.
