高效液相色谱法测定香菊胶囊中蒙花苷含量

Content Determination of Buddleoside in Xiangju Capsules By HPLC

目的建立测定香菊胶囊中蒙花苷含量的反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液,线性梯度洗脱,检测波长为334 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μL,流速为1.0 m L/min。结果蒙花苷进样量在4.266×10^(-2)~8.532×10^(-1)μg(r=1.000 0,n=7)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.90%,RSD为0.54%(n=6)。结论该方法操作快速、简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于香菊胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the content determination of buddleoside in Xiangju Capsules. Methods The chromatogram column was Agilent Zorbax SB-CIs column（250 mm ×4.6 mm,5um）;the mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol- 0.5% glacial acetic acid by gradient elution and the detection wavelength was 334 nm;the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the injection volume was 10 uL,the column temperature was 30℃. Results The buddleoside had good linear relationship with the peak area from the range of 4.266 × 10-2 -8. 532× 10-1ug（ r = 1. 000 0, n =7） ;the average recovery rate of huddleoside was 98.90%, RSD = 0. 54% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is convenient, quick, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Xiangju Capsules.
