吉林省新型城镇化发展评价指标体系研究

Research on the evaluation index system of new urbanization for Jilin Province

十八届三中全会强调,坚持新型城镇化道路,推进以人为核心的城镇化,着重提升城镇化质量。吉林省作为欠发达地区,当前,加快新型城镇化进程,已成为吉林省经济社会发展的迫切要求。近年来,吉林省城镇化率持续偏低,为全面了解并深层次认识全省城镇化发展所处的阶段与态势,发现城镇化进程中的薄弱环节和存在的突出问题,客观评价吉林省城镇化的发展水平,促进吉林省城镇化健康发展,构建吉林省城镇化发展评价指标体系。

The Third Plenary of Eighteenth Session stressed adhering to the new path of urbanization, promoting the hu- man-centered urbanization, focusing on improving the quality of urbanization. Jilin Province, as a less developed region, at present, need speeding up the new urbanization process, which has become the urgent request of Jilin Province＇s eco- nomic and social development. In recent years, Jilin Province urbanization rate is low, in order to understand comprehen- sively and deeply stage and situation of urbanization development, find weak link and prominent question in the urbaniza- tion process, evaluate objectively urbanization development level, promote the healthy development of urbanization in Jilin Province, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of new urbanization for Jilin Province.
