快递包装的现状与绿色化

Status and Greenization of Express Packaging

为加强快递包装规范化管理,促进快递包装的绿色化,北京印刷学院与国家邮政总局联合对国内绿色快递包装现状进行了调研。实地走访了快递企业、电商、快递包装供应商并进行座谈,向消费者、快递一线从业人员、快递企业、电商企业、快递包装供应商发放绿色快递包装现状调查问卷。调查结果表明:当前我国快递包装主要存在以下问题:消费者、快递企业、电商环保意识薄弱;快递包装"过度包装"严重;尚未形成快递包装废弃物回收体系;监管部门不统一,协调监管困难。建议应提高国内电商、快递包装企业、消费者的环保意识,借鉴国外先进经验,构建快递包装回收体系,推进快递包装向绿色化方向发展。

In order to standardize management of express packaging and promote its greenization development, Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication along with State Post Bureau investigated the current status of express packaging by visiting express companies, E-business enterprises as well as express packaging suppliers and issued questionnaires to consumers,couriers,express companies, E-business enterprises as well as express packaging suppliers. We found such problems in express packaging：consumers, express companies and E-business enterprises lacked environmental awareness. Excessive packaging problem is serious. Packaging recycling system has not been established. Regulatory authorities are not unified, which lead to difficulties in coordination. The environmental awareness of the consumers and related enterprises should be improved. Combining foreign experience with national conditions a packaging recycling system should be built.
