摘要
以BBS、微博和微信群等为代表的虚拟社区成为师生协商讨论与分享知识的重要平台,采用社会网络分析法分析了虚拟学习社区中社群结构特征能有效测评知识共享绩效,并探讨了国内外面向虚拟学习社区知识共享绩效测评的社会网络分析软件及相关研究。结果发现,此类软件系统存在非即时、过于专业化和无针对性等缺点。在此基础上,提出了基于社会网络的虚拟社区知识共享绩效分析模型,包括知识共享模式、测度指标和分析模型,设计虚拟学习社区中基于社会网络的知识共享测评系统的功能模型、动态模型和数据模型。测评系统的功能分为指标计算和视图绘制两个模块,前者计算虚拟社群结构的密度、出入度、中心度、中介度和凝聚子群等测度指标;后者绘制社群图、凝聚子群图和核心位置图等虚拟社群结构视图。研究发现,研发的测评系统支持虚拟学习社区管理员或成员依据虚拟社群的结构特征,能有效测评其知识共享的绩效。
Virtual communities is an important platform for knowledge sharing and innovation, social network analysis can ef- fectively evaluate performance of knowledge sharing through analyzing structural characteristics of communities. Through reviewing the existing systems of social network analysis oriented to performance evaluating of knowledge sharing as well as the related research projects at home and aboard, the research finds that there are many disadvantages, such as non-instant, over-specialization, non-per- tinence and so on. It then proposes a solution of the system that can evaluate performance of knowledge sharing based social network in virtual communities, which includes two function modules: index calculation and graph drawing. The former calculates a set of SNA indicators, such as network density, point centrality, betweenness centrality, network centralization and cohesive subgroup. The latter draws four kinds of graph of community's structure, including directed social graph, undirected social graph, cohesive sub-group graph and central position graph. The proposed system is designed to support administrators and members of virtual communities eval- uating performance of knowledge sharing. Furthermore, this paper describes the key technology used to implement this system, pre- sents the indicative use case based the system for evaluating performance of knowledge sharing, and points out two deficiencies that need overcome in future.
