摘要 作为转型师范院校的师范类英语专业,如何培养学生未来从师任教的学科教学实践能力是专业未来生存和发展的关键。该研究探索转型师范学院外语学院英语教育专业如何围绕课程设置、教学内容、教学方式等方面开展了一系列改革,并思考如何将专业能力培养与教师职业技能训练有机结合。通过解决英语专业师范生"师范性"不强这一老问题,破解当前转型背景下专业所面临的"应用性"的新问题。 For four-year TEFL ( teaching English as a foreign language) programs in Teachers' Universities that are undergoing transformation into application-oriented universities, a key issue for their survival and development is how to equip students with English-language pedagogical content competence for their future teaching posts. This study focuses on the reforms in course design, teaching contents, and teaching approaches of such a university and explores the integration between development of students' English competence and cultivation of their English-teacher professional skills. It is hoped that solution to the long-standing problem, weak teaehership of students from the four-year TEFL program, can help to respond to the new challenge from transformation.
