摘要
随着城市开发程度的提高,暴雨引发的城区涝灾影响越来越突出。而低影响开发建设中的减少硬化面积、增加渗透途径和调蓄容量等措施都为减少排水区的径流系数提供了条件,因此也在一定程度上可降低市政雨水排水工程的规模。
with the improvement of city development level, the urban waterlog effect caused by heavy rain is more and more prominent. And the reduce hardening area, increasing the penetration way and storage capacity and other measures in the low impact development and construction provides conditions to reduce the runoff coefficient of drainage area, thus to some extent, can reduce the size of the urban rainwater drainage engineering.
