基于我国宏观发展战略全面转型和浙江经济社会发展环境深刻变动,浙江省委作出了"两美"浙江建设的伟大抉择,这是新的历史条件下全面推进中国特色社会主义在浙江实践的基本战略思路,其所倡导的价值旨归、付诸实施的战略谋划皆可从"四个全面"战略布局中获得启示、凝练思路,同时也赋予了"四个全面"战略布局的浙江样本。近年来,"两美"浙江建设的工作力度持续加大,建设成效不断彰显,但在经济社会发展步入新常态的背景下,"两美"浙江建设还面临诸多挑战,仍需在"四个全面"战略布局引领下予以顶层设计和路径规划,其当务之急是改革创新建设"两美"浙江的体制机制、健全完善建设"两美"浙江的法治保障以及进一步增强政府建设"两美"浙江的行动能力。

Constructing beautiful Zhejiang and creating good life for the re made by Zhejiang Provincial CPC Committee, based on the corn developmental strategies of China and the profound changes in the sidents in the province is a great decision prehensive transition of macroscopical environment for social and economic development of Zhejiang. It is also a basis strategic thinking for advancing the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in Zhejiang under new historical conditions. The values and the strategic scheme underlying this great choice can be traced to the four comprehensives and they also give rise to the Zhejiang specimen of the four comprehensives. In recent years, the implementation of the choice is continuously intensified and the achievement is increasingly obvious. However, against the background of the new norm of social and economic development, the construction is faced with great challenges and the well-coordinated top-level design and route planningguided by the four comprehensives is urgently needed for reforming the institutions and mechanisms, perfecting legal guarantee systems, and strengthening the action capability of the government in constructing beautifulZhejiang and creating good life for the residents in Zhejiang.
