三扶一带:内地普通高校少数民族学生党员培养机制的创新研究——以丽水学院为例

Research on Innovation of Cultivation Mechanism of Minority Students Party Members in Inland Ordinary Universities——Taking Lishui University as an Example

创新普通高校少数民族学生党员培养机制,构建有针对性、实效性的全程化、全方位的培养模式,是新时期新形势下高校党建工作的重要内容。针对当前内地普通高校少数民族学生党员培养现状,结合少数民族学生特点,从少数民族学生的思想、学业、生活着手,构建以"三扶一带"为中心的党员培养机制,将党员培养贯穿学生党员学习、生活始终,针对学生特点确定不同的考察标准,实现针对性考核、层次化管理,确保党员培养覆盖到少数民族学生党员成长的各方面,同时覆盖到更多的少数民族学生,扩大党建工作的覆盖面,切实强化党员培养效果,形成"帮扶一个,带动一片"的良好局面。

Innovating the training mechanism of Party members of minority student is an important part of the Party construction in Colleges and universities under the new situation. Constructing mechanism of Party members of minority student from the thought, study and life, combined with the characteristics of the minority students, aiming at the status that is cultivation of Party members of minority student in the mainland universities at present. Finally, it is to form a good situation that is helping a member to influence others.
