摘要
为探讨以积极心理学与团体动力学为理论基础的团体辅导对提升大学生心理资本水平的作用,本研究以在校大学生作为研究对象,采用准实验设计方法,将被试随机分为实验组、对照组,实验组进行六次团体辅导干预,对照组不做任何干预。在干预前、干预后及干预后两个月分别对所有被试进行前测、后测及追踪测试。结果发现,在接受团体辅导干预后,实验组成员的心理资本水平有显著提升,且提升效果在两个月后保持稳定,而对照组无显著变化。本研究的结果表明,积极取向团体辅导对大学生心理资本水平的提升有着较好作用,且效果具有一定的持续性。
To explore the effect of positive psychology and group dynamics-based group counseling for promoting college students' level of Psychological Capital (PC), a quasi-experimental design was employed. 60 college students volunteers recruited from university were randomly divided into a experiment group (n=30) and a control group (n=27, three dropped off). The experiment group received group counseling six times, whereas the control group didn't reeeive any intervention during the study. All participants accomplished pre-test, post-test and follow-up test two months after the intervention. The results indicated: the level of PC were significantly improved after the intervention for the experimental group, and the effect remained two months later; in contrast, the control group demonstrate no significant effect. The findings disclose that the positive psychology-based group counseling is a proper approach for improving college students' PC, and the effect has its sustainability to a certain extent.
