《伤寒论》六经病内涵与复杂方剂再认识

Recognition of the content and complex prescriptions of six-channel diseases in Shanghan Lun

张仲景在《伤寒论》中创立了独特的辨证论治体系,即以表、里、半表半里定病位,再以阴阳定病性,表里与阴阳相配即成后世归纳的六经辨证体系。《伤寒论》中针对复杂方证所制的方剂都是以三阳三阴为基本构件,在合病、并病的思想指导下完成的。通过对寒热错杂、攻补兼施方剂的分析说明,只要掌握三阳三阴病各自的特征,采用定位、定性、定方证三步法,就可以掌握张仲景的学术思想,并能自由运用《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中的方剂,使中医人能够早日成才。

ZHANG Zhong-jing created a unique system of syndrome differentiation and treatment in Shanghan Lun, which used exterior, interior, half exterior and half interior to determine the location of the diseases, and Yin and Yang to determine the nature of the diseases. The combination of exterior and interior and Yin and Yang was concluded into syndrome differentiation of six channels theory. Prescriptions of complex syndromes in Shanghan Lun were based on the theory of three Yang and three Yin, under the guidance of the thought of ‘disease involving two or more channels ＇and ‘disease of one channel involving another channel＇. Through analysis of prescriptions of ‘intermingled cold and heat＇ and ‘reinforcement and elimination in combination＇, we could take in the characteristics of three yang diseases or three yin diseases. If we figured out three aspects including location of disease, nature of disease and prescription-syndrome, ZHANG Zhong-jing＇s academic idea would be grasped, and prescriptions in Jinkui Yaolue and Shanggan Lun would be operated freely. Thus, Chinese medicine man would success earlier.
