动态血氧饱和度对气虚的量化辨识(英文) 被引量:2

摘要 文章探讨量化中医气虚的方法,采用无创NIRS技术检测SaO_2,实现对气虚的量化评价。常规SaO_2检测无法实现对气虚的辨识,采用为实验专门设计的屏息测试法可以实现对气虚的量化评估。初步实验结论表明诸如Sa O2min(%)、CIO_2(m L/min)可以在实时检测的血氧饱和度曲线中得出。该屏息测试法会使得被测者产生较强烈的窒息感,应用层面上的普遍推广会有困难。替代方案是采用多信息同步分析策略,文章阐述了ECG、PPG等信号的合参方法,同步检测方法可以更好地量化气虚的程度,在临床应用中实现精确的诊断评估与疗效评价。 This paper discusses a method to quantify qi deficiency and explores the quantization value of SaO_2 for qi deficiency. Noninvasive SaO_2 acquired by NIRS technic has been applied. While the statue of qi deficiency is hard to be discriminated by SaO_2 alone in normal test environment condition, breath holding practice has been proved capable to assist the qi deficiency quantification. The primary study results have shown that much information could be deduced by dynamic SaO_2 detection, such as SaO_2min(%) and CIO_2(m L/min) could be calculated by the real time SaO_2 curve change. While breath holding practice gives negative subjective feelings that may not easy to be universally applied, multiple synchronous information detection methods could be considered necessary, one possible solution that synchronously record ECG and PPG have been detailed. Synchronous recording method would serve better for quantifying qi deficiency level, and probably create more precise evaluation on prognostic prediction and therapeutic evaluation in clinical application.
