摘要
针灸可以治疗疾病,但其核心的治病机制尚未得到合理解释。随着生物传感器和纳米技术的发展,以及它们在生命科学中越来越多的应用,生物传感器和纳米技术的融合将为针灸医学提供支撑。文章介绍了纳米针灸传感针的研制及其应用,重点阐述了如何将纳米生物传感技术与传统针灸针结合制备纳米针灸传感针,以期实现活体在穴生物活性分子的实时检测,并试图探究针灸治病的机制。
Acupuncture can cure disease, but the core healing mechanisms remain unclear. With the development of biosensors, nanotechnology and its rising application in life science, the combination of biosensor and nanotechnology provides a support for acupuncture and moxibustion medicine. This article introduced the development of nanoscale acupuncture needle and its application. Meanwhile, the article focused on how to develop the nanoscale acupuncture needle via a combination of the nanobiosensor technology and the traditional acupuncture needle, hoping that it can detect biologically active molecules in living body, and explore mechanism underlying acupuncture treatment.
