基于大数据偏序结构生成原理探讨“精准化中医”可行模式 被引量:18

摘要 "精准医疗"是时下国内最受关注和热议的话题。文章参考"精准医疗"新模式,以大数据采集、大数据处理、准确化诊断与个性化治疗为结合点,发挥中医自古以来辨证论治和个性化诊疗特色,基于大数据偏序结构生成原理,建立"病-证-法-方-药-量"知识库,提出"精准化中医"可行模式。以期进一步继承和发展传统中医药"精准性"的优势,为人类健康事业作出更大贡献。 ‘Precision medicine' was the most popular and hotly debated subject in current medical field. In this article, the knowledge base of ‘disease-syndrome-method-recipe-medicines-dosage' was established based on generation principle of partial ordered structure towards big data, a kind of ‘precision TCM' model was proposed. This model combined the big data acquisition, big data processing, precision diagnosis and individual treatment, and also embodied the characteristics of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and individual treatment from the old. In order to further inherit and develop the advantage of ‘precision TCM', and to make greater contributions to human health.
