摘要
随着农作物烘干机械的发展,农作物的烘干已经被新一代农户所认知并接受。目前,被广泛应用并得到用户肯定的烘干设备大多采用常规烘干方式,即热风式干燥。采用智能控制系统的常规烘干方式可以烘干大多数农作物,以及副产品作业时可以调整烘干工艺方法,从而适应多种作物;烘干工艺方法调整的内容包括烘干时间、烘干温度、分段烘干、排湿间隔、排湿方式等,甚至有特殊作物要求表面加湿。
With the development of crop drying machine, the drying of crops has been recognized and accepted by the new generation of farmers. It is widely used and most of the users are sure that the drying device is usually used in the conventional drying method, that is the hot air drying. The conventional drying methods of intelligent control system can be used to dry most crops and by-products. The drying process can be adjusted by adopting intelligent conventional drying method for different crops, so that it can be suitable for many kinds of crops. The drying process includes drying time, drying temperature, subsection drying, wet separation, drainage and so on. And even special crops has weted for surface.
