摘要
基于电子引伸计和动态多通道自动采集技术,结合电子万能试验机加载系统完成了对超小型试件的弯曲刚度测定。为提高超小型试件位移测试精度,在钳式电子引伸计的标定中,考虑工作刀口的运动方向不在同一条轴线上所产生的误差,同时通过误差分析和试验确定它在不同情况下的误差数据。
With electronic extensometer and dynamic multi-channel automatic data collection technology,flexural stiffness of super-small member was measured by using electronic universal testing machine loading system. To improve accuracy of displacement measurement,error due to non-axial movement of working blades was considered when calibrating grip electronic extensometer. Also,error in different cases was defined through error analysis and test.
