摘要
铁路瓦斯突出隧道具有高风险性,爆破施工质量安全要求高,目前施工经验较少。渝黔铁路天坪隧道瓦斯突出工区存在开挖断面大、地质条件复杂、煤与瓦斯突出等重难点,施工安全风险尤其是爆破安全风险巨大。施工中选用三台阶开挖工法,合理划分爆破断面,选用煤矿许用爆破器材,优化爆破参数和爆破网络设计,并总结了一套瓦斯突出隧道爆破施工技术,取得了较好的爆破效果,可供类似工程借鉴。
Railway tunnel in gas stratum often has a high risk,which means the safety of blasting construction quality is needed,but there are less construction experience at present. Tianping tunnel of Chongqing-Guizhou railway has such construction difficulties as large excavation cross section,complex geological conditions,and coal and gas outburst in gas outburst area,which cause a huge construction safety risk,especially the blasting safety risk. The tri-bench excavation method was used in construction for rational division of blasting section,selection of permissible coal mine blasting equipments,and optimization of blasting parameters and blasting network design, which has achieved a good blasting effect. Blasting construction technology for gas outburst tunnel was concluded in this paper and would provide a reference for similar projects.
