摘要
为保护及合理开发利用润楠属(Machilus Nees)植物,对润楠属主要树种特性进行了概述,并采用典型样方法,对鄂西南及西北部润楠属树种群落资源状况和生境进行了调查分析。调查发现,润楠属树种的生境破碎化与自身的生物学特性是制约其种群发展壮大的限制因素。提出了建立润楠属种质资源圃、对润楠属种质资源实施就地保护、迁地保护与离体保存等措施。
In order to protect,rationally develop and utilize the plants of Machilus Nees,the characteristics of the main plants of Machilus Nees are introduced,the resources and the living environment of the plant community in the northwest and southwest Hubei Province are investigated and researched by using the typical sample method.It is found out that the habitat fragmentation and its biological characteristics are the limiting factors for population growth of the tree species of Machilus Nees.It is proposed that a germplasm nursery is established to protect the germplasm of Machilus Nees through situ protection,moving protection and vitro conservation and so on for better research,development and utility of the plants of Machilus Nees.
