黄鳝出血病病原菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验 被引量:5

Isolation,Identification and Drug Sensitive Test on Pathogenic Bacteria of Hemorrhagic Septicemia Disease in Rice Field Eels(Monopterus albus)

摘要 通过对患出血病黄鳝(Monopterus albus)的血液进行常规细菌学检查、病原菌的形态观察及生理生化特性分析,结果表明:该病原菌为嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)。回归感染试验和药敏试验结果表明:该病原菌对四环素、氯霉素、诺氟沙星和强力霉素高度敏感,对青霉素、安卡西林、头孢菌素耐药,对妥布霉素、新霉素、氧氟沙星、多粘菌素、庆大霉素、克林霉素、卡那霉素、先锋霉素Ⅵ号和红霉素、复方新诺明呈现出不同程度的敏感性。因此,四环素、氯霉素、诺氟沙星和强力霉素可作为治疗此病的备选药物。 The pathogenic bacteria from blood of diseased rice field eels(Monopterus albus)are examined by using conventional methods and isolated.Morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics of the isolated bacteria are investigated.Meanwhile,animal regression experiment and antibiotic sensitivity test on the isolated bacteria are all conducted.The results show that the pathogen is identified as Aeromonas hydrophila.Antibiotic sensitivity test and animal regression experiment reveal that Aeromonas hydrophilais highly sensitive to tetracycline,chloramphenicol,norfloxacin and doxycycline.It is resistant to penicillin,amoxicillin Anka,cephalosporins,and moderately sensitive to bramycin,neomycin,ofloxacin,polymyxin,gentamicin,clindamycin,kanamycin,neomycs and erythromycin,trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole.Therefore,tetracycline,chloramphenicol,norfloxacin and doxycycline should be used as a drug candidate to treat this disease.
