摘要
为探讨温度和体重对克氏原螯虾（Procamabrus clarkii）日维持氮的影响,选择体重（11.43±0.43）g、（15.44±0.44）g、（20.37±0.37）g的克氏原螯虾分别投喂不含蛋白质的饲料,测定不同温度（18、20、22、24、26、28、30℃）下日维持氮需要量。结果表明,体重对克氏原螯虾日维持氮需要影响不显著（P〉0.05）,而温度的影响与温度的高低有关,在18~26℃内的5个温度组,各组差异不明显,而水温为28℃和30℃的2个组,与其他组相比,维持氮需要量之间的差异显著（P〈0.05）。
In order to study the influence of temperature and weight on daily maintenance nitrogen requirement to Procambarus clarkia,Procambarus clarkia with different weights from(11.43±0.43)g,(15.44±0.44)g,(20.34±0.37)g are chosen to be fed with no protein to measure the daily nitrogen maintenance requirement at different temperatures(18,20,22,24,26,28,30℃).The results show that the weight of Procamaburs clarkia has no significant effect within three groups to daily nitrogen maintenance requirement,but the temperature has obvious effect on daily maintenance nitrogen requirement.However,there is little difference between groups within 18~24℃,while the difference is obvious compared to other groups within 26~30℃.
