摘要
通过阐述移动医疗的发展及其主要服务形式,介绍了移动医疗的运用领域、其兴起给就医模式带来的影响以及近年来的发展趋势,同时也分析了当前我国移动医疗服务开展中存在的问题,如健康软件可靠性欠佳、网络问诊安全性存疑、网络医师资质认证困难、医保机制不完善、法律法规滞后等,探讨了可能由上述问题引发的危害,并从网络行医的监管、法律法规的建立、准入机制的构建、医保政策的完善、商业保险的引入等层面探讨了相应的解决对策。
By reviewing the development and its main service form of mobile healthcare, this paper introduced medical applications and their impacts on medical mode and healthcare development trend. Meanwhile, some challenges for mobile health service in China were analyzed, including poor reliability of health care software, low safety index of online consulting, difficulty in online doctor quality certification, imperfection of health care mechanism, the lag of laws and so on. Finally, corresponding solutions had been discussed from the perspectives of supervising online medical practice, setting up laws, building access mechanism, improving health care policies and introducing commercial insurance.
