重构“身体”:问诊医学现代性危机

Reconstruction of the“Body”:Diagnosis of the Crisis of Modernity in Medicine

作为从总体上反思现代社会本质的现代性,其实质是通过"无人身的理性"实现现代化,而这一过程本身却使得原本作为实体的人,被"去人化"。医学现代性危机的根本原因在于对"身体"的遗忘,具体表现为"医学技术主义"遮蔽"身体-主体";现代性的自反性使"不确定性"充斥医学实践;机械论的身体观无法"还原"开放性的生命系统本质;技术与资本使"涉身主体"异化,促使医患共同体分离。只有关注医学中"身体"的当代境遇,重构具有身-心-世界三重蕴含结构的"身体",才能为破解现代医学"技术主义"范式,化解现代性危机提供可能。

As a reflection on the essence of modern society as a whole, modernity is characterized by achieving modernization on the basis of non-personal rationality, in which the human entity itself is dehumanized. The crisis of modernity in medicine, in nature, is the result of oblivion of the ＂body＂, which is represented in the aspects, including technologism concealing of the ＂body-subject＂; the reflexivity of modernity filling medical practice with ＂uncertainty＂; the mechanistic view of the body being unable to reduce the open nature of living system; the technology and capital alienating the embodiment subject and separating the doctor-patient community. It is proposed that only by focusing on reconstruction of the ＂body＂, which is a triple-containing structure of body-mind-world in medicine, it can provide an opportunity to replace the ＂technologism＂ paradigm of modern medicine and resolve the crisis of modernity in medicine.
